3. Subscriber's credit card will be billed immediately after purchase. 
4. After purchase subscriber will receive a welcome email notification with the payment details. All orders will be processed immediately. 
5. All questions to customer service will be answered within two (2) working days.

a. "Access rights" shall mean the combination of unique username and password that is used to access this Website. An access rights is a license to use this Website for a period of time that is specified.

Our company will provide one access right to access this Website and its materials for which Subscriber is purchasing a membership.

ARTICLE 4 : Billing

Epoch, Segpay, Centrobill, or others (depending on Subscriber geographical location) may appear and debit on Subscriber's credit card or bank statement,  for all applicable charges. If multiple venues are joined utilizing any payment method, Subscriber's statement will list each individual purchase comprising the transaction.

ARTICLE 5 : Tax

Value-Added Tax (VAT), is included in to your purchase. Depending on your country you may be charge is USD, EUR, or GBP,  pricing will be clearly indicated on the billing payment page.

ARTICLE 6 : Automatic Recurring Billing

In accordance with the Terms of this Website, the subscription and its fees will be automatically renewed (except for one shot payments like Crypto payments) at the first day after the end of the original term selected, unless notice of cancellation is received from the Subscriber. We may suspend or cancel Subscriber's membership if our billing partner is unable to successfully charge a valid payment method.

ARTICLE 7 : Trial Membership

Trial Memberships Term varies, and its length will be indicated during the joining process and in the confirmation sent to the User's email address. The Company will begin billing your Payment Method for monthly Fees at the end of the trial period, and your Membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before the end of the trial period. The Company may authorize your Payment Method through various methods, including authorizing it up to one month of service as soon as you register. In some cases, your credit card company may reduce your card's available balance or credit limit to reflect the authorization during your trial period. The Company or its payment processor will continue to bill your Payment Method monthly for your Fees until you cancel.
During your trial period downloading and streaming will be limited accordingly to the conditions specified in the join process.

ARTICLE 8 : Electronic Receipt

Subscribers will be able to download their receipts in the my account area -> your membership.  This receipts is generated by our Hungarian accounting services which is alegally approved by Hungarian administration.

ARTICLE 9 : Cancellation

At any time, and without cause, subscription to the service may be terminated by either: our company, the billing partner, or the Subscriber. Subscribers may cancel at any time in any of the following ways. 

- By logging into their Members' area, under "My Account" and clicking "Cancel" button. 
- By contacting our customer support department at support@dorcelclub.com 
- Using the billing partner service : Epoch, Segpay, Centrobill 

When cancelled you will still be able to access your account until the end of your membership period. 

ARTICLE 10 : Refunds

Refunds for purchases or recurring charges may be requested by contacting customer support. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships. Cancelation for all future recurring billing may be requested in accordance with Section " Cancellation” . Our company reserves the right to grant a refund or a credit applicable to purchases to this Website at its discretion. All refunds are made without admission of liability and can be subject to the support of your payment method. The decision to refund a charge does not imply the obligation to issue additional future refunds. Should a refund be issued by our company for any reason, it will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. Our company will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another payment mechanism.

ARTICLE 11 : Streaming Quality

The quality of streamed Content may vary depending on your device, location, Internet speed, and available bandwidth. HD and Full HD availability depends on your Internet service and device capabilities. Not all Content is available in HD or Full HD formats.
The minimum connection speed for HD video quality (720p or higher) is 3.0 Mbps per stream, though we recommend faster speeds for a better experience. To stream Full HD (1080p or higher), a connection speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended. You are responsible for any Internet access charges. Check with your Internet provider for details about potential data usage fees. The Company does not guarantee the quality of your viewing experience, as it may be influenced by factors such as your location, bandwidth, selected Content, and device configuration. The time it takes to start streaming may also vary for these reasons. 

ARTICLE 12 : Cardholder Disputes/Chargebacks

All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases with our company or Controller, given the circumstances. Fraud claims may result in our company or Controller contacting Subscriber's issuer to protect Subscriber and prevent future fraudulent charges to Subscriber card. 

ARTICLE 13 : Licence for Use

Subscribers of this Website are hereby authorized a single Access right to access the service or material located on this Website. This Access rights shall be granted for sole use to one Subscriber. All memberships are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any other third parties. Commercial use of either this Website or any material found within is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by this Website. No material within this Website may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. No material within this Website may be distributed through peer-to-peer networks or any other file sharing platforms. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Our company and Controller reserve the right to terminate this Access rights at any time if these Terms are breached. ARTICLE 14 : Content Complaint Process

We support a complaint process that allows for the reporting of content that may violate our Terms, that you believe may be illegal or objectionable, or which otherwise may violate applicable Visa and Mastercard Rules for adult content.                                 

The contents distributed by our company are subject to a complete selection and validation process and to a strict editorial charter.

However, if you notice an element that you think violates a law or if you appear in a content and you want this content to be removed from the site, we invite you to complete the form "Content removal request". Unsubscribe the emails marketing campaigns: On each emails campaign, subscriber will be able to click on the unsubscribe link in order to not receive any more emails from DORCEL group. This link is placed at the bottom of each emails. 

Visiting the Site, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.
